​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to the Checkout page. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Carefully review your order before submitting for processing. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Free shipping on all products within the USA. International shipping please see below:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.For international shipping quote, please contact us first and we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns & Refunds

 

We hope you enjoy every Emori product you purchase! However, if you are unsatisfied with the product(s) you have received, we will be happy to process a refund or an exchange for you.

  • All returns received within 30 days of the original transaction date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

  • Complete the  return form  and include the form inside the package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received.

  • Please retain the tracking number of your return package for your records. Emori is not responsible for return packages that are not received at our office.

 

What should I do if I am unable to place an order?

 

If you are unable to place an order, please clear your cookies and browsing history, and try again. If the problem persists, we recommend using a different internet browser. If these steps have not solved the issue, email customer service at  emoribeauty@gmail.com for further assistance.
